Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of everkept.co and anything you buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. We've tried to write them in plain language rather than legalese.

Who we are

Everkept is a small handmade goods business based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India. You can reach us at hello@everkept.co.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email, and the contract between us begins at that point. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is shown separately at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Products

Everything is made by hand, so each piece varies slightly from its photographs and from every other piece. We photograph our own products honestly and describe them as accurately as we can. Colours may appear differently on different screens.

Payment

Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.

Intellectual property

The Everkept name, logo, product designs, photographs and written content on this site belong to us. Please don't copy them for commercial use. You're very welcome to share our photographs on social media with credit — that's a kindness, not an infringement.

Our liability

We stand behind what we make. Our responsibility to you is limited to the value of the order you placed with us. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law.
