Everything here is made after you order it, so your parcel has two stages: the days we spend making it, and the days it spends travelling to you.
While it is being made
Most orders take 5–7 days to make. There is no tracking during this part, because the piece does not exist yet — someone is crocheting it. If you need it by a particular date, message us and we will tell you honestly whether we can manage it.
Once it has been dispatched
When your parcel leaves us you will get an email with a tracking link. Open that email and press Track your order — it goes straight to the courier's live status.
If you cannot find the email, check your spam folder first. It comes from the address you ordered with.
Lost the email?
Send us your order number — it looks like #1004 and is at the top of your confirmation email — and we will look it up and send the tracking link back to you.
Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact page. We answer during the day, India time.
Cash on delivery
If you chose cash on delivery, your order stays marked unpaid until the courier collects payment at your door. That is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Something not right?
If your parcel is late, damaged, or has not moved for several days, tell us. We would rather hear about it early than have you waiting and wondering.
