Shipping

We currently ship across India. Every order is packed by hand in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh.

How long it takes

Your order has two stages, and it helps to think of them separately:

• Making — 3 to 5 business days. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you. Your piece is crocheted after you order it. Bouquets and larger pieces can take up to 7 business days.
• Delivery — 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on where you are. Metro cities are usually at the faster end.

So most orders arrive within 7 to 12 business days of being placed. If you need something by a particular date, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

What it costs

• Free delivery on all orders of ₹799 and above.
• Below that, delivery is a flat ₹79 anywhere in India.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is dispatched. If it hasn't arrived within the window above, write to us and we will chase the courier on your behalf.

Addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout — couriers in India rely heavily on a working phone number. We cannot be responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly, though we will always try to help recover them.

Festival periods

Around Raksha Bandhan, Diwali and other peak times, both making and courier times run longer. We will say so clearly on the website when that is the case, rather than let you find out afterwards.

International

We don't ship outside India yet. If you'd like us to, tell us where you are at hello@everkept.co — it genuinely helps us decide where to open next.
